Fix Your Eyes On Jesus

“And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:19)

Beloved child of God, how’s day going so far? It’s time again for a little reminder about God’s providence and supply.

Notice in Philippians 4:19, that God says He’ll supply all that you need.

It doesn’t say that He’ll supply some of the things you need, or a fewof the things you need.

It says He’ll supply all that you need.

So what are you lacking today? Do you need more wisdom? More faith? More compassion?

Or perhaps you need some help with your health, your finances, or your relationship with your loved ones?

Whatever it is you need, God will supply them all!

Better yet, He says that He’ll supply them according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

So how rich do you think God is? And if He blesses you according to His riches, how abundant do you think those blessings would be?

In fact, Ephesians 3:20 says that God is able to do exceedingly, abundantly, above and beyond anything that we can ever ask or think.

This means that not only does God supply our needs, but He does so lavishly!

When you’re hungry, He’ll feed you with baskets full of leftovers.

When you need healing, He’ll not only make you whole, but renew your strength so you’re even stronger than before.

When you need forgiveness, He’ll embrace you in love and place you in a position that’s even higher than before you fell from glory.

But as we receive God’s blessings today, let us not forget that all this is only possible through the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.

It’s only because of His suffering and sacrifice that we can now stand righteous before God and claim His inheritance.

So fix your eyes on Jesus today. Whatever it is you need, God has already provided for you, according to His riches, through Jesus’ finished work.
