And a robot could create the same emotional response than that of a beautiful piece of music, art or dance of a human artist? In other words: these are videos of a human being, pretending to be a robot, pretending to be a human. Take a moment to wrap your brain around that! Interesting puzzle. FUSION: ART + = MECHANICA BEAUTY? It might be that robots could become entertainers of the future. Possible? Certainly. But at what cost? And we would feel satisfied? Of course, the work could certainly be beautiful, elegant and exciting. But it would probably be in a mathematical way lilting, complicated? He ... an emotion? O SOUL? The beauty of human creativity is the unexpected in every work: what are the prospects? Because the artist zig instead of zag? Why is red instead of blue? Or for that dissonant and strident E flat that makes you shiver on the spine instead of a more comforting C major? Or a machine can create that beautiful note of a distinctive voice that no other singer can duplicate? Artists with their instincts, physical skills, imagination and ability to change their minds at random, creating works that excite, inspire, enthusiasm you, keep us on the edge and make the audience go "Now, why did not I think of that ??? " When you think about it, the art concerns the human connection, understanding feelings, ideas, emotions. Could a piece of art created by a machine to do the same? Possibly. But if the machine can do it, then we would still need humans? Over time, artists have always used the latest technology to express their creativity. And as the new technology will come in the future, I'm sure they will use it. But somewhere along the way you might get that turning point where technology bypasses the artist. What then? We are creating planned obsolescence for ourselves? There is a way of happy medium where peaceful co-creativity can occur. Reege's Tech Review

L'artista Vladimiro Di Vito ha esplorato questa intrigante domanda in un paio di pensieri che provocano video di performance usando i capolavori di danza degli anni 80 (SHINE ON e REACH FOR IT) di George Duke per le colonne sonore e se stesso come interprete. La sua premessa è: come sarebbero le prestazioni dei robot? E un robot potrebbe creare la stessa risposta emotiva di quella di un bellissimo brano musicale, artistico o di danza di un artista umano?
In altre parole: questi sono video di un essere umano, fingendo di essere un robot, fingendo di essere un umano. Prenditi un momento per avvolgere il tuo cervello intorno a quello! Interessante enigma.
FUSION: ART + MECHANICA = BELLEZZA?
Potrebbe essere che i robot potrebbero diventare gli intrattenitori del futuro. Possibile? Certamente. Ma a quale costo? E ci sentiremmo soddisfatti? Certo, il lavoro potrebbe senza dubbio essere bello, elegante ed elettrizzante. Ma probabilmente sarebbe in un modo matematico cadenzato, complicato? Avrebbe ... un'emozione? O ANIMA?
La bellezza della creatività umana è il brivido dell'imprevisto in ogni lavoro: quali sono le prospettive? Perché l'artista zig invece di zag? Perché rosso invece di blu? O perché quel dissonante e stridente E flat che ti fa venire i brividi sulla colonna vertebrale invece di un Do maggiore più confortante? Oppure una macchina può creare quella bellissima nota di una voce distintiva che nessun altro cantante può duplicare? Artisti con il loro istinto, abilità fisiche, immaginazione e capacità di cambiare a caso le loro menti, creare opere che entusiasmano, ispirano, si entusiasmo, ci tengono al limite e fanno andare il pubblico "Ora, perché non ci ho pensato ??? ”
Quando ci pensi, l'arte riguarda la connessione umana, la comprensione di sentimenti, idee, emozioni. Potrebbe un pezzo d'arte creato da una macchina fare lo stesso? Possibilmente.
Ma se la macchina può farlo, allora ci sarebbe ancora bisogno degli umani?
Nel corso del tempo, gli artisti hanno sempre fatto uso delle ultime tecnologie per esprimere la loro creatività. E come la nuova tecnologia arriverà in futuro, sono sicuro che anche loro ne faranno uso. Ma da qualche parte lungo la strada potrebbe arrivare quel punto di svolta in cui la tecnologia aggira l'artista. Cosa poi?
Stiamo creando obsolescenza programmata per noi stessi? C'è una via di mezzo felice in cui può verificarsi una pacifica co-creatività?
